In the months since Easter, Nanny has been saving
Her Biggest Egg in fear of starting it
But today, wants the glory for Miro.
And so, hunts high and low for a hammer
So that Miro can smash it into delicious little shards.
Unfortunately, turning out thousands of tea-towels and scrap notes yields no hammer
And so Miro is forced to task with the creative use of a can opener.
Half-eaten in twenty minutes
With a little extra help from Mummy!

On Monday morning, Daddy leaves the house in a whirlwind
Leaving Mummy and Miro to conquer the new Ikea table and chair set
With little more than a screwdriver and a rusty wrench!
Having successfully assembled the set (several hours) later~
Miro is proud to host a first-ever sitting
When Victoria comes to visit for Tuna Bake.
